Description of this Project:

The building contains commercial area at ground floor, 3 stories of offices and 2 basement floors.
Double-skin facade has been designed to protect the building against sun radiation, it has been calculated in order to let sunlight to penetrate into the building during the cold season and protect the building in hot season. The main facade is made of face brick. Thermowood louvers have been connected to the structure by use of vertical metal profiles as the sub-structure.

• Design Process:

The Architectural Design started based on the existing steel structure. Facade concept was developed after preparation of 4 different alternatives.

Interior spaces and interior design were organized to provide maximum flexibility for multi-function office building.

Detailed drawings were prepared considering existing situation and construction team abilities; also details have been modified and tuned during the construction.
